is Exceptional Employers?
The Exceptional
Employers program consists of 2 parts:
· An
employment practices survey and analysis report that
provides insight into your company’s practices
and those of your competitors
· An
event that provides educational and networking opportunities
and an awards ceremony recognizing the companies identified
as Exceptional Employers
You may participate
in one or both parts of the program, but the maximum
benefit for you and your company comes through participating
in both the survey and the event.

What is the employment practices survey?
Personnel Dynamics
Consulting has carefully designed the survey to collect
data points in various objective, empirical and measurable
categories. The survey consists of 40 questions examining
employment practices and employer characteristics.

How does my company benefit from completing the survey?
Each company
completing the survey receives a customized, comprehensive
employment practice analysis report. The analysis
itemizes survey responses, providing a snapshot of
the company’s current practices. The analysis
also compares your company to other local employers,
allowing you to gauge your attractiveness as an employer.
The analysis will be presented and explained in person,
with the opportunity to discuss its implications.

Is there a fee to complete the survey?
The cost of the
survey is $100.00 and includes the customized employment
practice analysis report.

Are there any eligibility requirements for completing
the survey?
Participating
companies must have been in business within their
county for at least two calendar years.
6)
Is the survey included in my registration?
No.
The cost of the survey is $100 and includes the customized employment practices analysis report. Registration for the event is separate and the cost varies by county.
7)
Does my company have to complete the survey in order
to attend the event?
No; but if you
do complete the survey, you may be identified as an
Exceptional Employer and be recognized during the
event’s awards ceremony. Even if you do not
win an award, the survey and resulting analysis will
provide invaluable insight into your company and your
competition.

Is there a fee to attend the event?
The event registration cost varies by county. Please check the drop down for your county under the event registration tab for further details on your county’s event.
9)
What is included in the price of the event?
The event includes
breakfast, educational breakout sessions, keynote
speaker, awards ceremony, lunch, exhibitor booths
and networking opportunities.
